Who we are
Top Games UK is an editorial website hosted at flooringmadeez.com/top-games/. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at [email protected] or through our contact page.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, used only to reply to you.
- Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
- Browser storage: your cookie choice, kept on your own device.
We do not ask you to create a profile, we do not take payments and we do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
We reply to messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and keep server logs for security on the same basis.
Sharing
Messages are delivered to our inbox by our email delivery provider (Brevo). Our hosting provider runs the server. Neither may use your data for their own purposes.
External websites
"Play now" buttons open the official websites of the games listed. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
How long we keep data
Messages are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
